Thursday November 4, 1887 LOCAL NEWS IN BRIEF —Work on the high bridge has advanced rapidly this week. The weather could not be more favorable. —A report was circulated about the streets yesterday afternoon that a man had fallen off the bridge and drowned. Inquiry at the draw disclosed that the bridge engineers had heard
